Update: I Failed
As with most resolutions every year, I have failed. Hard. I have eaten past 7:00 PM, probably doubled my sugar intake instead of cutting it in half, only worked out two times a week instead of 3, and drank a bottle of wine last night. Ughhhhh.
Here are a list of my excuses:
- Everly got a double ear infection
- My husband's voice is unnaturally loud ALL THE TIME
- Steven Avery
I am not giving up. I have full intentions of busting my ass at the gym tomorrow and after I eat that lemon cake for dessert tonight, I'm done with crazy sugar....for a few days at least. Guys, this is hard. Picture me throwing a mini fit. That's basically what I'm doing right now. Onward and upward
